NEWS10 ABC is partnering with Price Chopper Market 32 to give away 1,250 backpacks loaded with school supplies. Backpacks will be given out over five days (Monday, August 27 - Friday, August 31st) with a limit of one backpack per person. Backpacks come in six styles and colors and are loaded with a school supply starter kit. Each day, a maximum of 250 backpacks will be given out on a first-come-first-serve basis. Those interested should arrive early.
Backpacks will be given away at the following Price Chopper Market 32 locations from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. (while supplies last at each location):
Monday, August 27th at Westgate Price Chopper| 911 Central Ave., Albany
Tuesday, August 28th at Altamont Avenue Price Chopper| 1879 Altamont Ave., Rotterdam
Wednesday, August 29th at East Greenbush Market 32| 501 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer
Thursday, August 30th at Route 50 Price Chopper| 115 Ballston Ave., Saratoga Springs
Friday, August 31st at Glenmont Price Chopper | 329Glenmont Rd, Glenmont
